Bandon. Banner performed a function of identification and representative marks in the army1. Bandophoros was a man who carried the ensign a bandon2. Reconstruction was made of hand-woven, naturally dyed silk. The whole banner is hand-sewn. Design was inspired by Chronicle of John Skylitzes. |
